The general admission area continues on from the Wellington Straight, curving around behind the concert zone giving you a view of one of the most exciting overtaking areas of the Silverstone formula one grand prix circuit. We want camping to be part of the experience so would rather pay a little more if it meant that there was a massive increase in the atmosphere/evening entertainment etc. Thanks! The Park and Ride bus service will drop you just outside the Luffield entrance and from here the closest grandstands are Luffield, Abbey and International Pit Straight. Have fun. Copse, Abbey and Woodcote also great spots and you cant forget the International Pit Straight! Some of the facilities are better than others and some that Ive used arent ideal for young children. Im sure youve read on the guide it can be a real scramble to get the best spots. Throughout the practice sessions and even sometimes during the race, you often see drivers running wide out of Luffield and bumping across the turf on the outside of the corner. Got to do the pit walk on the Thursday and ran on the track on sunday and got some incredible pictures and a couple pieces of broken front wing We waited outside Lewis Hamiltons garage afterwards and got some brilliant pictures of Lewis on the fence and the highlight was seeing that redbull back on the podium! Ill have to pay for a parking pass for the weekend also. There are three grandstands to choose on this corner: Stowe A, Stowe B and Stowe C. Because of the size of the run off area at Stowe, the grandstands are set quite far back from the circuit. We had a great view of that area, as the cars came around from the International pit straight. Theres an area in front of Vale (next to CLub) for General Admission tickets. Where would not involve walking to far from where the buses drop off and would be a good view?
